The house, which is located on a slightly sloping plot, consists of the following: On the garden level is the swimming pool in an enclosed space, with a lawn around it, then a terrace called "the patio" which overlooks two bedrooms (old renovated cellars) and a shared shower room. The 3 rooms are arranged in an "L" with the bathroom in the middle, which is why we combine this space into one family room on the listing. One has a double bed 160. The other bedroom is vaulted with two 90 cm single beds. Above is another terrace on which most meals are taken in summer, as it offers a fairly clear view and enjoys the refreshing shade of an ash tree. The one overlooking the castle has a 160 cm bed and a shower room. The other also has a shower room with a first sleeping area and a 140 cm bed, as well as a mezzanine that has two 90 cm beds. Going back down to the library, you come out through another door that leads into the winter garden. The space and the view are also pleasant. This room gives access to the billiard room and foosball, the playroom (TV room with books, various games and board games), as well as the garden on one side by going down a wide staircase, or to "the rose garden" which allows you to return to the road...
