Casa Milo, a cozy independent apartment located on Via Savardina 24, within walking distance of Villa Lysis and Villa Jovis. The house is about a 20–25-minute walk from Capri's famous Piazzetta, a PEDESTRIAN-ONLY AREA WITH NO TAXIS OR BUSES, with some uphill sections. It is suitable for those who enjoy walking and relaxing, surrounded by nature. A small outdoor area is available for guests' use. Apartment not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the presence of stairs and the distance from the center The space On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, capsules provided, a microwave, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking, and on the first floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Upstairs, we have a double bedroom with a smart TV, a second full bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with a single bed. The house has Wi-Fi and independent heating/cooling throughout the property. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Washer at your disposal with free use Outside, in a garden belonging to the house, guests can hang out their laundry in the open air and sit down to relax. The house is located in a residential area of Capri, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples and the possibility of enjoying beautiful sunsets, given the distance from the center being only pedestrian area if you travel with heavy luggage, in the square at an extra cost (€10 per bag/suitcase) there is the luggage transport service, you will be provided with all the useful information just before your arrival.
