In the condominium, the house is in the Mata neighborhood, the name says it all, the back of the land leads to a strip of preserved forest. It is a 500 sq. meter house with 4 en-suites, all with a closet and balcony and fan in all the bedrooms. It has an internal gas fireplace, small ethanol stoves, a chaise sofa to lie down and watch movies for hours. We have a multipurpose table that caters to games and some board game options that are available. The kitchen is complete, full of utensils and appliances, to venture into gourmet cooking for family and friends, we have; Nespresso, Microwave, Oil-free fryer, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, centrifuge, mixer, electric kettle and etc. In the dining room, we have the coffee corner and a delicious balcony for breakfast and family lunches overlooking the pool and the greenery, as well as a Uruguayan-style wood-fired barbecue and a small, fast American-style pizza oven. Downstairs is the barbecue room, with plastic tables and chairs that can be taken to the pool, where we have a hammock area and the path to the woods, where we prepare a trail for a walk to connect with a corner for meditation and contemplation of nature.
