The space During the monsoons, the home turns into an emerald haven, enveloped in lush foliage, grazing cows and dancing peacocks; whilst in the summers, the home resembles a dreamy white cottage in the bylanes of Greece. Spread across 2.5 acres of meticulously landscaped farmland, the home features a unique linear structure that has been designed to flirt with the wafting breeze and an irreplaceable water view, no matter where you find yourself here. To that effect, we provide: - Private entrances to all bedrooms - AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hangers, bar - Iron, torch  - Central heater, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Parking space for up to 6 cars and 5 bikes  This is neither a wheelchair friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property.  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are a total of 5 bedrooms, each spacious and equipped enough to pose as independent units, uniquely disconnected from each other to offer secluded privacy. - There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, and 2 on the lower ground floor. One of the bedrooms on the lower ground floor is large enough to accommodate a family with kids. - Each unit is embellished with distinct paintings, adding character and accentuating every room. - Oasis features a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, TV and opens up to an attached, furnished patio. - Warmth boasts 2 queen-sized beds, along with an AC, TV and overlooks the gorgeous lake view. - Pearl, one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, features a mezzanine floor, along with 3 queen-sized beds, AC and TV. - Flora, a family suite room, offers an attached attic, 2 queen-sized beds, AC, TV along with a cosy lounge area adorned with a sofa-bed, diwan, bean bags and a powder room. - Each unit has its own spacious, ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common changing room near the pool, which is equipped with a shower, and an additional 2 washrooms in the dining space. - The ground-floor ensuite bathrooms also have lake-facing bathtubs. - All ensuite bathrooms offer towels and basic toiletries. There is a central boiler and heat pump for hot water supply. - Pool towels are also available. - The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a spread of lavish amenities. INDOOR AREAS - Set foot through the striking entrance and welcome expansive indoor spaces set between the drawing room and dining room on either side of the linear home. - The grand drawing room features floor-to-ceiling french windows that offer gorgeous, almost unreal views of the pristine lake, and is furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people along with a wooden table nestled in a corner, and a rectangular dining table. - It offers a myriad of amenities including a TV, AC, Wi-Fi access and a bijou water fountain serving as the ideal background score.  - The other end of the home features a dining room, furnished with seating arrangements for up to 20 people. It seamlessly opens up to an alfresco dining area, dotted with potted plants, ideal for a candle-light dinner under the starry skies.  - The villa is flanked with several passages and verandahs, featuring snug seating arrangements, idyllic swings, and verdant gardens. OUTDOOR AREAS  - The living room opens up to the sprawling outdoor areas that boast an L-shaped infinity pool that is swathed in the soothing landscapes of the lake, the greenery and the soaring hills beyond. - The pool is 15x50 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth, perfect to comfortably host large groups.  - The pool deck is furnished with ample comfortable seating arrangements, including cushioned chairs, coffee tables and sun loungers.  - On the right side of the pool, snuggled in the corner, is a private - Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the poolside bar.  KITCHEN - The kitchen adjacent to the dining room is not accessible for guests’ use, however, a pantry near the pool area can be used for reheating purposes with the help of the in-house staff.  - The pantry is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Kindly note that meals will only be served in the dining room. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the office and the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters that are equipped with 2 TVs. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES  Less than a 3-hour drive away from Mumbai lies an otherworldly villa. The luxe holiday home sits atop a hill and offers panoramic views of the pristine lake and offers a spectrum of experiences that promise rejuvenating getaway away from the cacophony of the city. Within the property, guests can wake up to the stunning landscapes of the gentle lake and rising hills. Start the day with an elaborate breakfast, freshly prepared with homegrown vegetables and ingredients, in the company of the refreshing breeze that surrounds the home. Carry a book to read peacefully, snuggled in the many sit-outs of the home. Swing away to your heart’s content whilst savouring the splendid landscapes. There are a host of indoor games at your disposal, such as Pictionary, Table Football, Chess, Risk, Monopoly, Mastermind, Scrabble, Tambola and lots more. Be it summers, winters or monsoon, reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the infinity pool that overlooks the lake and greenery. There are binoculars at the property, perfect for birding enthusiasts. Guests can also indulge in fishing, fishing rods are available for the same. Venture out and explore the nearby treks and trails. All nature-lovers can indulge in farming practices. Go home with a bag of memories. ADD-ON SERVICES - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - The heated pool may be accessed during a one-night stay for Rs 15000 + GST. - The heated pool may be accessed during a two-night stay for Rs 12,000 + GST per night. - The heated pool may be accessed during a three-night stay for Rs. 9500 + GST per night. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The openness of the property reflects throughout the home, including a few bathrooms that do not have doors.  - Owing to the open ledges at the property, children must be supervised at all times.  - The last 1.5 km. leading up to the villa resembles a hilly terrain and might not be suitable for pregnant women. Guests are advised to remain cautious.  - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Incase of a power outage, there is a generator that can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.  - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.  - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture all the common areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker and staff stay on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
