Snuggle up next to the log-burner in the winter & enjoy alfresco dining summer. The space After a day of exploring there’s plenty of space to hang your coats and remove your walking boots in the entrance porch. You'll also find a handy utility-room on the ground floor with a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen diner is well-equipped for any cook to rustle up a feast. A cosy sitting room offers a comfortable living space for you to kick back and lose yourself in a good book, relax in front of the television or play cards in front of a roaring log-burner. As well as a spacious en-suite bedroom upstairs, there’s also a reading room with a desk for some quiet time. Whether you need to do a quick bit of admin, or you just want to relax in the oversized armchair, with a book, or watch a film; there’s a smart tv and a selection of books and DVD’s. Why not enjoy a BBQ in the courtyard, and watch the sun go down in the summer? It’s quite a suntrap! Guest access Garden Cottage is yours for the duration of the stay and so is the private garden. There's a spacious parking area and beyond here the River Rye backs onto the property. Other things to note Strictly no pets, due to owners own dogs and horses.
