Villa Cruz super spacious villa with amazing views

Villa Cruz overlooks the valley out to the Bay of Zupa Dubrovacka with incredible panoramic sea views. It is 8km from Dubrovnik centre, located just over the border in the Herzegovina region of Bosnia with new faster border controls introduced in December 2019. The villa, with A/C, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, extensive private terrace, jacuzzi and pool, comfortably accommodates 8/10 guests with its 310 metre squared living space. 4 generous bedrooms, all with balconies. The space Villa Cruz is unique in that it has an amazing 310 square metres of living space. The bedrooms are large, bright and all have balconies looking out onto the amazing views! Guest access The whole villa and extensive patio area with jacuzzi and private heated pool. Pool heating if required in the months of July and August is chargeable at £15/day, for all other months pool heating is included in the rental price. (Pool heating is not usually needed in July & August). Please note that it takes 24 hrs+ to make a difference in the water temperature which is also naturally affected by temperature drops at night. Other things to note The border crossing may get busy during peak times. Pool heating if required in the months of July and August is chargeable at £15/day. For all other months pool heating is included in the rental price. Due to the elevated position of the villa, pool temperature is not guaranteed.
