Bike nearby trails or hit the ski slopes, then return to Coyote 19 to stoke the woodstove and watch the fire, read, write, relax, and savor the simple life. The space Relax and unwind among the trees in this warm and inviting house in Sunriver. This reverse-living home features the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room on the upper level where you can snuggle up with a book next to the wood stove, or spend some time in the newly remodeled kitchen taking advantage of the new appliances and granite countertops. When it's time to sit down to eat you'll find seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. There is a half-guest bathroom on this level. Head downstairs to find the primary suite with a king bed and attached full bathroom. Down the hall, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds adjoined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The home also features a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room. Head out on the large, new deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, a soak in the hot tub, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy the fresh Sunriver mountain air! Planning a family reunion? Great!
