There is a living area, kitchen, and inside eating in the conservatory. The added luxury of the conservatory really adds to the amount of living space. There is an outside area where guests can bbq, eat al fresco on warmer evenings and take in the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. There is a fire pit outside should the evenings get chilly. The area beyond the caravan from the parking area towards the house is private and where the host lives. There are DVD’s, games, a swing ball that can be used on the grass area in front of the caravan adjacent to the veggie patch. The veggie patch and greenhouse are not for guest use.
