With an ideal capacity for 6 people, and a maximum capacity of 8 people, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the coast. The house is distributed over three floors. In the day area, located on the floor with direct access from the street, you will be able to enjoy a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, independent kitchen, guest toilet and a balcony-terrace with electric awnings. In the night area, located on the lower floor, you will find three bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the other two bedrooms. But the best part of this floor is the large terrace with garden furniture, sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the bay. Furthermore, on the basement floor, you will have a garage with space for two cars. If you are more than 6 people, you will have access to the extra space, consisting of a "cave" bedroom and a very small bathroom with shower. This "cave" bedroom, with no window to the outside and no air conditioning, is ideal for those who are looking for a different experience. Guest access The house will be at your complete disposal. The urbanisation has communal areas including children's pool, adult pool (covered with glass roof in winter and semi-open in summer), jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, some sun loungers, tables and chairs. The pool is approximately 12 m long x 6 m wide. Although the pool is covered in winter, it is NOT heated. Neither is the jacuzzi, which, like the sauna, only works in winter. These communal areas are located 200 metres away from the house. Other things to note You are very lucky that we can only use our house during our holidays. So we give other people the opportunity to enjoy it as we do. But you will understand that we appreciate guests who are careful with the house, the communal facilities and the neighbours. We want to have quiet, responsible and mature guests. That is why we do not accept groups that do not take these aspects into account. On the other hand, not all guests use the air conditioning in the same way. In order not to overcharge those who consume less, a daily consumption of 20 kilowatts is included in the rental price. Consumption in excess of this amount will be charged at 25 cents per kilowatt.
