With ideal capacity for 6 people, and maximum up to 8 people, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the coast. The perfect option 365 days a year. The house is distributed on three floors. In the day area, located on the floor with direct access from the street, you can enjoy a large living room with a fireplace, independent kitchen, complimentary toilet and a large balcony with electric awnings. In the night area, located on the lower floor, you will find three bedrooms with double bed and built-in closets, one of them with en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the other two bedrooms. But the best thing about this floor is the spacious terrace with garden furniture, sofa, lounge chairs, table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the bay. Also, on the basement floor, you'll have a garage with room for two cars. If you are more than 6 people, you will have the right of access to the extra space, made up of a "cave" bedroom and a small toilet with shower. This “cave” bedroom, no window to the outside and no A/C, is ideal for those looking for a different experience. And if you need to be connected, don't worry, the house has high quality wifi in the entire house. Guest access The house will be at your complete disposal. The house is part of a residential complex, which has common areas: small pool for children, swimming pool for adults (covered with glass ceiling in summer), sauna, ping pon table, some lounge chairs, tables and chairs. The pool is approximately 12m long x 6m wide. Although the pool is covered in winter, it is not heated. Nor is the jacuzzi, which like the sauna only works in winter. These common areas are 200 meters away from the house. Most of the houses are houses on property and the community area is quite quiet. But you will understand that we appreciate guests who are careful with the house, common facilities and neighbors. We want to have quiet, responsible, and mature guests.
