The property is located near the Upper Iowa River ideal for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. The Trout Run Trail is a picturesque path passing along dikes and abandoned rail beds ideal for biking, walking, and running. The space The master bedroom includes a king bed that can be separated into two XL twins beds. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The living room includes a queen pull out sofa. Open Kitchen concept is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, oils, Keurig coffee and tea. Washer and dryer located outside the unit entrance in the hallway. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, and ironing board. A Pack'n Play available upon request. The units are located within walking distance of Luther College and downtown Decorah.
