This beautiful 1951 cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from chic shops, restaurants, coffee shops, museums & parks. High speed internet & a spacious office will make WFH a breeze. Desk for 1-2 people, printer and full size monitor, HS internet - all the necessities and then some! Take a road trip to beautiful Lake Tahoe, Truckee or Virginia City, all less than an hour away. PARKING: The garage is SMALL. There is ample driveway parking (2 across easily) and street, too, but the garage is only 7' wide and only a mini cooper or smart car fit! NO MEDIUM OR LARGE AUTO/TRUCK PARKING IN GARAGE! Guest access The home is yours when you are here! Other things to note We welcome well behaved pets and owners - but we need to know in advance and have you agree to the pet rules, please. Absolutely No Smoking - inside or out on our property, please Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 9PM to 9AM Bikes have locks, but not helmets. We Opted for an "Evaporative Cooling System" v. A/C. It cools well, and more importantly for us, keeps moisture in the air in the dry Reno climate. PARKING: The garage is SMALL. Our Green Efforts: • Products and Offerings: We lead the way in using dispensers for shampoo, soap, lotion, among other amenity items. We pride ourselves in the products we use, too. They are all good for you and good for the earth from organic raw products going into them to bio-degradable packaging and as local as can be creation and transportation . • Energy Efficiency: We have policies and smart home technologies in every home, as we can, to ensure our properties are as efficient as possible. From LED light bulbs and energy efficient appliances to smart locks, lights, and thermostats to “heat on demand” spa and pool heating for just when you want it. We have also invested in insulation and maintenance to ensure heating and cooling are efficient. • Re-use, Reduce, Recycle, Sustainability is forefront in our thoughts and offerings.
