The Marwary room has a 160x190 bed and direct access to the terrace. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and Wi-Fi. It has a refrigerator, microwave and dishes available to guests and a porch and terrace open to a large garden space. Access to the 14x7 meter pool with salt water filter. The space The bed & breakfast or room accommodation building is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní family farm, where crop fields alternate with pine forests. For several generations the farm has belonged to the Genover Muní family and has been not only their habitual home, but also the expression of a lifestyle of love for the countryside and nature. The rural accommodations are all grouped in the Pins neighborhood consisting of 9 houses and located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are dedicated to rural tourism accommodation and in one of the remaining ones we live, the family of Genover Muní. Note: Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house and are not suitable for the pool or beach. If you need one for the pool, write to us. Guest access The accommodation intended for bed and breakfasts has the rooms on the upper floor which is accessed by interior staircase or by an outdoor ramp. On the lower floor is the living-dining room with a fireplace, piano, and TV. As its own outdoor spaces, the house has a porch and a terrace. In the dining area there is available for customers infusions, filtered water fountain, crockery and refrigerator where you can keep some food. The intention is to provide the minimum necessary for customers to have a slight snack on the porch. Additionally available to guests of the bed&beakfast there is an outdoor space in the estate, picnic type, equipped with crockery, water point, barbecue and charcoal. Share the pool, parking, petanque and ping-pong with the other houses on the rural tourism property. During your stay We live in one of the houses on the estate, very close to it. We are available to help guests feel comfortable and to give them tips about the area. Other things to note The building destined to bed&breakfast is rented as a house in rural tourism from mid-September to mid-June. During this period it could be that you could see the calendar occupied on this platform but that there was actually availability, especially on working days. For this reason, we recommend you contact us and ask us. We promise to be agile in response. The house has its own exclusive high-speed fiber internet network and wifi. The main input router is on the ground floor from where the other router located on the upper floor where the rooms are is connected. 1€ per person per night will be charged for all over 16 years old as a tourist tax. This amount must be paid directly in Can Muní. On the farm we still have a horse through our equestrian past. We know the best routes in the area so don't hesitate to ask us for advice when you arrive.
