Our hilltop cottage is in a remote province of the Philippines—beautiful, peaceful, and a bit adventurous. Sound can travel far up there, so while it’s usually quiet, you may occasionally hear fiestas (4KM away), neighborhood parties, or holiday celebrations. Our lower cottage may be a better fit if you're sensitive to noise. This isn't the Shangri-La—it's a work in progress, full of character. We handle everything ourselves: maintenance, repairs, and upgrades are ongoing. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the rustic charm of provincial life! Access for Ditto, Smart, and Globe providers and complementary fast Starlink WIFI internet. Our water supply comes from a private natural spring, which is filtered and purified. 65" surround sound TV, access to all your favorite streaming services. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times within daylight hours, subject to other reservations. There are local markets and 7-11 convenience stores within 2km, where you can find fresh meat, fish, vegetables, and other essentials. For larger supermarket-type stores, banks, and extensive hardware, you can visit the City of Kabankalan, an hour away by bus. We have a Honda scooter available for guests to use for market trips or exploring the local area. The rental fee is PP300 daily, P1500 weekly, or P4000 monthly.
