The space This Royale 2BR condo unit is located in La Joya St , Buhay na Tubig, Imus Cavite. Very accessible to 7/11 and 24hrs All Day convenience store, Robinson's Supermarket, Robinson's Townville, Puregold grocery & variety of food establishment. Public Market are just walking distance from the property. This condo unit has complete amenities like mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, and basic kitchenware, smart TV and unlimited WiFi if you just want to stay and chillax within the day. Condo is also just a few mins drive to SM Bacoor, SM Molino, Evia Mall, New Vista Mall NOMO and SOMO if you want to shop and dine within the area. Safety: 24/7 monitored CCTV's within the building, parking lot area with Security guard on duty. Condo unit is equipped with smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and fire extinguishers. This is a superb property with a living space of approximately 38 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living and dining areas, toilet & bath, and small patio. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. The master bedroom has queen size bed and second bedroom has full size bed.
