Comfy room in quiet and convenient area

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guest The space First and second floor converted maisonette. You will enjoy a private single/ double room (with a king size bed or two single beds) with views of the Pentland Hills. Shared bathroom and kitchen (limited access) with the hosts and maybe other guests, for example if our family is coming over to visit us! Note- there are stairs to come to the first floor, where our house is. Guest access On arrival, Gajendra or myself will welcome you (we do not have self check-in option!). We have flexible check in, which means we will accommodate you as soon as we have the room ready, depending on our availability and whether we had guests the previous night(s). Guests have access to: - their private room - bathroom (shared with us) - kitchen (to prepare your breakfast and light meals- kettle, microwave and toaster) During your stay Please feel free to message us with any question you might have. We will try to be as helpful as we can! 💜 During your stay, we like our privacy but please do not hesitate to approach us if you need anything related to your stay in our home or in Edinburgh overall! 😃 Other things to note - Please, remove your shoes on entering the house - No loud noise, specially after 10pm - Think GREEN: recycle, turn lights off when not in use, be aware of your time in the shower (no baths allowed!), be aware of food waste, etc! We try to be as eco-friendly as possible so please, help this family house remain the same! (Please, even ask for shopping bags for when you go for your groceries if you need them!) - Washing machine: one wash allowed per stay (unless the stay is +5days) - PLEASE NOTE- Scotland can be a cold country so please dress accordingly both outside and inside! With the cost of gas and electricity being incredibly expensive in the UK our house is not maintained (never been) as a 'T-shirt and shorts inside' home. We provide extra blankets and hot water bottle if anyone feels particularly cold.
