Vacation home near the Loire

Nice 70 m2 house for 2 or 3 guests with veranda, 2 wooden terraces, 500 m2 garden, parking in a residential area, 5 min walk from the city center and 10 min from the Loire (South bank... the best!). 20 min from Orleans. There's our nice cat to feed. Composition: 1 large living room-kitchen-office + 1 veranda dining room + 1 bedroom double bed + 1 bedroom single bed (3rd guest extra) + 1 bathroom/toilet The space The entire place is reserved for you. The neighborhood is quiet. Guest access Private outdoor parking with possible turnaround. Other things to note The nightly rate is for 2 guests, 1 double bedroom. Surcharge for 1 extra guest in a child's room. If you do not want bed and house linen, I apply a 10% discount on request.
