Our safe neighborhood is very friendly. We know each other. There are only 4000 people living in Sidney. We have two general stores one uptown and one downtown. Annie’s has gas and Middle Toad General has a bakery! This property is a non-smoking drug free property. Foul language is not tolerated. You must love dogs because my family and friends visit and they usually will bring a dog or two with them. I don’t allow burning candles in the house or incense. Each room is complete with free Wi-Fi, a TV and a place for your clothes. I expect people to keep their rooms clean, the floor swept in the trash taken care of. It is appropriate to help in the kitchen and wipe down the bathrooms and things like that after you use them.
