This light-filled, spacious, architect-designed studio is situated on a tree-lined block, at the intersection of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods, including Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Crown Heights, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. The apartment boasts a washer and dryer, as well as a gorgeously-renovated bathroom. It is located on the ground-floor of a charming, Brooklyn townhouse. The studio is a short walk to Prospect Park and a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and gourmet groceries. Other things to note Please note that for stays beyond 30 days, there is a one-time per month required cleaning and resulting cleaning fee ($175/cleaning). That fee will be charged separately and will depend on the length of the stay past 30 days (e.g.: 31-59 days = one additional required cleaning; 60-89 days = two additional required cleanings, etc.). Our cleaner is magical and so if you stay longer than 30 days, you will appreciate this requirement!
