A delightfully bright & spacious en-suite room with a cosy double-bed is perfect for a long weekend getaway on the south coast. Tea & Coffee facilities and a TV are in the room with a private patio door opening into our beautifully kept courtyard full of flowers! Fresh Continental Breakfast is included with every stay. The space Newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has a brand new double bed to make your stay extra special. Power shower in the en-suite. Access to the courtyard through your own private patio door. The room is kept clean and with fresh linens and towels for each new guest arrival. WiFi is free and accessible. Anything else you need then always feel free to ask as happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible! Guest access Ensuite double bedroom located on ground floor. Accessible via the front door or private patio via the back garden gate. Dining room will be accessible for breakfast. Private parking spot by garage can be provided on request or plenty of free parking on the road outside. No permit required. During your stay Guests will be left alone once given an introduction however I can be reached via text or email if ever required while enjoying your stay. Other things to note This is a quiet neighbourhood so loud noise at night won't be acceptable. I would kindly request minimal noise between 10pm and 6am. Thank you.
