Our bright 4-season home right on beautiful Lake Honeoye awaits you! Our Lake Escape features an open living room and kitchen with table seating for up to 6 people. Spectacular views of the lake from the couch. 4 bedrooms (2 on each floor) 2 full baths (1 on each floor). Relaxing on the porch or by the fire pit and kayaking on Lake Honeoye are musts! Other activities within a few miles include hiking, biking, and 2 ski resorts. Breweries, grocery store, and other staples are 5 minutes away. The space Guests have access to our entire 2-story lakefront home on Lake Honeoye! The outdoor space facing the lake features a porch, fire pit, small grill, Adirondack chairs, and dock. Guests have access to 3 kayaks and life vests which we ask are treated like your own property. Morning coffee on the porch provides instant relaxation! The inside features a nook for hanging a coat or purse, and taking off your shoes. Stacked washer and dryer enclosed by a barn door and a closet finish off the entranceway. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a twin over full bunk bed and is perfect for kids. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The first floor bathroom has a new tile floor, large vanity, and bathtub. Kitchen and living space are also on the first floor and provide addicting lake views. The second floor can be made private by closing the door at the top of the stairs. There is a small sitting area and shared newly renovated bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms, each one with a queen bed. One bedroom has a dormer window with a lovely view of the lake and dock from a simple desk workspace. The other bedroom is spacious with a large window. Both bedrooms have large closets and individual new mini-splits for efficient cooling and heating. Our home allows for a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests! Kayaks and life vests are stored in the garage. The backyard is a large space and perfect for games. Guest access Entire house Other things to note The village of Honeoye is minutes away and boasts three breweries, a public park and beach, and essentials (CVS, grocery store, hardware store etc.). Hiking and biking are wonderful Spring through Fall, and in Winter the shallowest of the Finger Lakes usually freezes! Two favorite ski resorts are minutes away. Wineries also abound at neighboring Finger Lakes! There is no shortage of exploring in this beautiful area of NY!
