We attract a lot of solo travellers and couples looking for quiet clean accommodation in a fantastic location city centre The space Perfectly located on the third floor of an A listed Georgian townhouse, a superb base for those looking to be right in the city centre. This cute double room with a compact en-suite shower too toilet just perfect for a few days away from home. Our streamline self check in system is easy to use and allows guests to come and go as they wish.Views of Edinburgh castle from the doorstep. This accommodation caters for those looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Edinburgh city centre. Clean white bed linen towels and body wash provided Our property is not suitable for those who are unable to climb stairs, we cater for individuals, friends, couples. We do not cater for stag/hen or children /infants We have a kitchen prep area available for our guests to use at there leisure, this is fitted with a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. (No Hob stove )Tea and coffee provided throughout your stay. Our WiFi is also a free service we offer to guests and available throughout the property. Guest access We are walking distance to all the major attractions. Parking in the city centre is costly we don’t advise parking in the city, we would recommend using NCP car park castle terrace (prices available on there website) and you can use a park and ride at Hermiston gate and hop on a bus back to town(cheaper option) but further away Other things to note We don’t cater for any stag or hen parties or children. We like to run a quiet,safe accommodation for our guests. We ask guests not to light any candles, incense sticks or to vape within the room or property as these are major fire risks all fresh bed linen towels body wash use of hair drier& iron.
