Container house nestled in mesquite trees in beautiful Tanque Verde valley. The space This is the perfect property for hiking, cycling, bird watching or any outdoor adventure you have! The container , a new one trip 2021 20' unit, fully insulated, air conditioned and heated space with a semi outdoor shower and bathroom area- fully private and covered yet offers an exhilarating outdoor experience! Enjoy a nice hot shower after your hike or bike ride as you look up at the tree tops and beautiful blue sky! The toilet is a fully flushing unit so no weird experiences with that. The kitchen has a two burner hot plate, full size sink and a microwave. Mini fridge with freezer for your cool beverages and ice under the counter for your convenience. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a good supply of coffees for your morning coffee pleasures and fridge is stocked with fresh creamer. There are basic pots, pans and utensils included for preparing a small meal. For sleeping, there is one day bed that doubles as a comfy couch with lots of pillows and there is a bunk bed on top, also a twin size mattress. Guest access As you arrive at the gate (in the pictures) with the address sign 11050, just push it open and lift it onto the post in the ground as you drive in. The gate is not locked, just pushed shut. Please keep this gate closed for the night or as you leave for longer treks to keep wildlife out. There is a wood post fence that marks the perimeter of your yard. The door to the container has a combination deadbolt key pad, you will receive a number to use via text . There is an outside spigot with hose to wash your bike or whatever else you may need a hose for. Other things to note This is a relatively quiet and serene family/rural neighborhood, so some of the sounds you may hear are from the kids playing outside next door, horses, donkeys, cows, coyotes, dogs and roosters crowing, sometimes at 3am! We do offer WiFi but you're enclosed in an all steel structure, so the signal is only by the counter under the window, or outside on the porch.
