Stay Options & Amenities Kalavady Farms features three charming cottages each designed to offer a peaceful retreat amidst nature. Cottage 1 – A Traditional Village Cottage Built with Redstone, resembling a small independent village home. A tiny open kitchen is attached, serving as the main gathering space. A cozy porch, perfect for unwinding, reading, or working with high-speed broadband. Three single beds (can be combined for families or used separately). Amenities: Air conditioning, geyser, private bathroom, mini fridge. An open bar-styled mini outdoor kitchen overlooking the farm, equipped with a gas connection, wash basin, and cutlery. Barbecue setup available for guests who love grilling and outdoor dining. Cottage 2 & Cottage 3 – Poolside Bliss Built with compressed red soil walls to maintain a dry and cozy atmosphere. Wall-sized windows overlooking the pool, blending indoor comfort with outdoor beauty. Cottage 2 – One king-size bed, attached bathroom, air-conditioned. Cottage 3 – Slightly larger, featuring one king-size bed and one single bed, attached bathroom, air-conditioned. The swimming pool is a refreshing escape – great for unwinding or enjoying a lively poolside gathering. And to add to its vibe, we have a camp fire area overlooking at the pool creating cozy environment. RO water filter with copper and zync ionization with 99.999% of purification rating, a barbeque setup( extra charge for coal and marination ) ,kettles, swimming pool, outdoor seating and 4 acre of cashew plantation around the cottages. In room amenities, we provide 2 soap, 2 shampoo sachet,2 towels and a toothpaste tube and hand sanitizer in each bathroom. All 3 cottages are airconditioned, equipped with geyser for hot water. Other things to note We have a deep love for nature, and our farm is an integral part of our family. We warmly welcome guests who respect and appreciate the natural beauty around them and are committed to preserving the environment. 🚫 Pool & Room Rules: Eating, drinking, and smoking near the pool or inside the rooms is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. ♻️ Zero Litter Policy: We take waste management seriously and do not tolerate littering on the farm. Plastic use is strictly discouraged. Please dispose of any waste in the designated dustbins available in all common areas. 🚭 Smoking Guidelines: If you smoke, please be mindful of where you dispose of cigarette buds. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and bathrooms. ⏳ Farm Gate Timings: For the safety of our guests, locals, and the animals around the farm, we do not encourage late-night travel. The farm gates close at 11:00 PM and will reopen at 6:00 AM the next morning. 🐜 A Stay Amidst Nature: Since this is a farm property, if you are allergic to insects or afraid of lizards, we do not recommend this place. While it's not that you will find insects everywhere, we have built this retreat within nature, and this is their home too. We maintain high cleanliness standards, but occasional sightings of insects or small creatures are unavoidable.
