Whether you're working remotely, hiking nearby trails, or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a mountain sunset, this is the kind of stay you'll want to return to. The space Remodeled 2 Bedroom 1 bath main floor unit with lots of natural light, a fully stocked open kitchen, dining area, and private patio. **Please note this is the upstairs of a home. Downstairs there is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Guests will have the entire upstairs, side patio, and front parking area. The upstairs area has been well soundproofed, so guests need not worry about noise or privacy. Additional details: The second BR boasts a great work-from-home space with high-speed internet and a large table desk. If you need to do laundry, there is a full-size washer and dryer behind the barn door in the hallway. And there's ample closet storage for your items. Just behind the house, you'll find the St. Vrain Greenway trails for walking/running/exploring. My favorite part about the greenway is all the birds you'll see and the beautiful sunset. Guest access You can park in front of the house and enter through the front door using self-check-in. The front yard and side patio are part of Airbnb. The side patio can be accessed through the front yard gate or a sliding door from the Airbnb kitchen. Other things to note **Please note: The property is two units, you will have access to the private 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom upstairs. There is a lower apartment below the Airbnb unit. Please be respectful of loud noises, parties, or shoes in the house. The stairway inside the house leads to the lower unit door, which is locked for security and privacy.
