The full apartment was renovated with high quality materials. This beautiful beachfront flat has capacity for 4 persons and has two spacious rooms with built in wardrobes. One room has a double bed and another room has two single beds with possibility of joining them. In the surrounding of the building you have a playground and the beach. The summers in Spain in la Costa Brava can be hot so you have a modern new Air Conditioning system. The apartment is equipped with all new appliances: EU & USB plugs, electric shutters, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron machine, hair drier, freezer, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils. You can also work from home office thanks to the fast Wi-Fi or relax on the big, comfortable sofa with chaiselongue. We are a family friendly apartment and a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request (free of charge). Outside parking along the streets in the center of the town is limited to specific areas and time and must be paid for non residents. Please, check parking instructions if in doubt. You can purchase time limited tickets in the machines outside or in the App (AparcarE). For long term parking (2h+ and overnight) we recommend the free outside parking lot ( just 2 min. walk to the apartment and next to the keys pick up spot). Free day parking (no overnight) can be found also in the blue "P" symbols (e.g. "P" beach area). In case a long term/overnight indoor private parking spot is required, please let us know in advance and it may be available at an additional cost. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself. If you come by car please check parking instructions.
