Quiet & peaceful, yet close to parks, towns, beaches and shopping. 6 miles to Sand Hill Sports Complex, 7 miles to Sports on the Beach 5 Minutes away from Mulligans Point golf course 5-10 minutes from Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and fast food options 20 minutes to Rehoboth, Delaware beaches and outlets. 40 minutes from Ocean City, Maryland beaches. There are many great restaurants and activities nearby. The space You will have access to 3 bedrooms -Master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. Bathroom has a tub and shower. This bedroom is on the main living floor. - The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom - You will have one living room (2 living rooms if you want access to basement) -the basement has a bed in it as well if you would like access to it - You will have access to a playroom that is on the first floor as well- toddler toys will be in there so please be respectful if using. -The kitchen and dining area are on the main floor- we have all things you would need in a kitchen. Please note the freezer and half the fridge will have some of our food in it. Our child's nursery will be locked to keep some of our belongings! If you are traveling with a young one and need a pack and play we do have one to use if needed. If you would like to bring an air mattress you may also set one up in playroom or basement. Guest access Guest will have access to all rooms except my son's nursery which will be locked. The basement has a bed and second living room that can be used if requested! Guests should not enter the shed in the backyard nor should you use the garage. Only enter through the front door. Please note that our closet and dressers in the master bedroom will be full with our things. Closets and dressers in the two guest rooms will be available to use. Other things to note If you need a pack and play for your young one to sleep in we do have one available if you let us know ahead of time! Please respect the neighborhood's quiet hours that begin at 9:00. Make sure all doors are closed and locked when you leave the house. Only guests on the reservation are welcome in the house.
