Very beautiful, welcoming and cozy studio, located 30 mts fro 5th av and 3 blocks to the beach also is planned for tourists and families, the apartment is ready so you can have a beautiful vacation whether if it's just for three days or an entire month! The space The apartment is cozy and welcoming, we try to keep it as clean and friendly as possible. Guest access You have access to an elevator to get around the building as well as a beautiful rooftop pool with chairs and tables, ready for you to have a beautiful and relaxing stay in Playa del Carmen. Other things to note RULES OF THE HOUSE, PLEASE READ! -The space is ONLY for 3 persons. People who aren't part of the condominium are not allowed in the space or the common areas -The T.E.S.T Rule -Toilet: Plumbing here in mexico isn't exactly the best. That's why we cordially ask you to throw paper in the bin, not in the toilet. - Energy: We try to be ECO-Friendly, so we ask you cordially to turn off the AC, TV and lights when you aren't in the space. The excess of kw Will have an extra cost - Silence: We try to keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7 am. - Tap water: Tap water is NOT drinkable. - We like to keep the space smoke free, but you are welcome to go out the terrace and smoke! - Please do not use the bath towels as beach towels - For your own comfort, when you come from the beach you can use the shower from the pool upstairs to clean your feet before going in to avoid bringing sand in to the space. - At the end of the stay, please leave the space as clean as you found it, otherwise you'll be charged with a cleaning fee. -As we use security keys, please be careful with them, if you loose them you'll be charged $750MXN/KEY. -LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT RULE!: RELAX AND ENJOY YOURSELF!!!
