Modern barn with a pool on the edge of the forest

Our villa is located on the edge of the Zielonka Forest near many beautiful lakes. This is a place where you can have a great time with family or friends. Our place is distinguished by a heated swimming pool (heating additionally paid 150 PLN/day), a fireplace, a charming fireplace, or a billiard table. In the area, it is possible to organize canoe trips and areas for bicycle trips. In addition, the house is fully equipped with the necessary appliances - washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, central vacuum cleaner. Guest access Heated swimming pool (heating of the pool additionally payable 150 PLN or 37.5 Euro for each day) available in the period May-September, barbecue, bonfire (wood additionally payable 150 PLN or 37.50 Euro for each day) billiards, fireplace, Play Station, 3 x TV, board games, puzzles. Other things to note The deposit for the stay is PLN 3,000 or EUR 750, payable in cash on the day of arrival. Upon departure, after checking that no damage has been done to the house, the deposit is returned to the guests. Heating the pool (open from May to the end of September) costs PLN 150 or EUR 37.50 per day. The fee for wood for the campfire/fireplace is PLN 150 or EUR 37.50 per night. Additional fees are paid in cash on the day of arrival. We have a strict “no parties” policy. If you want to spend time with family and friends, you are welcome :) However, there is a 24-hour ban on playing music outside the building, no noise and shouting, as well as observing the night silence. Our house is located in a quiet area on the edge of the Zielonka Forest, these are recreational plots where you come to spend time in peace, communing with nature. In the event of non-compliance, we will be forced to ask you to leave our villa immediately, without the possibility of applying for a refund.
