This 536 s.f. house, believed to have once been a sleeping shanty for railroad crews switching shifts for the night. Fully renovated and updated in 2021 by a local artist, you will find custom metal art throughout, granite countertops and a very warm cabin feel featuring a kitchen and bathroom finished with locally sourced Missouri dark red cedar, 10 minutes from six flags, Purina farms 15 min from hidden valley and 45 min from downtown this place is in a great location and will not disappoint! Every room fully furnished and uniquely decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots pans, plates, Bowls , glasses, silverware, utensils and spices,,, “there is even a seasonal herb garden in the front of the house and if you are planning to cook, harvesting is encouraged” We have several coffee’s to choose from and assorted flavored creamers. We have a nice size back yard with a fire pit and a Weber kettle, I have not had time to do the renovations and landscaping that I have planned for the area,,, “ it will be equally as impressive as the house when done” however this area is functional and you are welcome to use it. Access to the entire house I live 15 min away and am eager to make your stay easy and memorable! I will ensure your needs are met and I will go out of my way to make it a great and memorable experience ! So far everyone has absolutely loved the house and I genuinely love hosting. Walking distance to the historic pacific brew house which is a wonderful eatery with a full bar and great food, this building was built with bricks shipped by train car that were recycled from the 1904 worlds fair, you are also in walking distance to brown jerrys blues brews and bbq, also a fantastic place to eat with a full bar and live music most weekends plus many more choices,,, you won’t have a hard time finding something to eat close by, but you may have a hard time choosing !
