Main highway is just 15 minutes away and from there it's another 15 minutes to Portland and all it has to offer! Main level has tall ceilings and hardwood floors through out. Entry way has a games area and powder bath is just to the left of the hallway leading into living room. Large living room opens to dining area and fully stocked kitchen where you can gather for dinner preparation while catching a movie on 60" flat screen TV. Guests have access to DirecTV Now, Netflix and are welcome to log in to many more apps available on Apple TV. Sliding door leads to fully fenced backyard and patio with picnic table and BBQ Grill. Second level is all carpeted except for the bathrooms and laundry room. Bunk room sleeps 6 on 2 bunkbeds with trundles. Queen bedroom is a perfect room for parents traveling with little ones. Play pen is kept in the closet and dresser provides a great changing station. Full bathroom is right outside the door on the left. Master bedroom has a King bed, large walk in closet and a 40" screen TV with all the same features as the TV on main level. Large en suite features a soaker tub, shower and double vanity. This townhome is a very compact 2100sqft space where each room and corner was thoughtfully designed to make even a larger family comfortable and not crowded during time of travel or holidays! Guest access Guests have access to the entire place and garage Other things to note *Guests with no reviews will be asked to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 days after check out considering the home is not damaged, no extra cleaning is required and all the home rules are followed* Note: After a booking is made for stays longer than 30 days, guest will be charged an extra $200 for end of the stay cleaning. Or guest has an option to do biweekly light cleanings at $100/clean, this must be scheduled at guests earliest convenience. No smoking is allowed in the home. No parties are allowed. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damage will result in a damages fee. Mandatory quiet time outside between 9pm-7am, $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood **We provide complimentary necessities for out guests, if you need more supplies please visit the local store No shoes in the house **Guests must clean the grill after use or $50 fee will be charged. **Parking is limited to 3 (three) vehicles. One can park in the garage, one in the driveway and one near the house in the neighberhood.
