Located just west of Ohio State and blocks from shopping, the Olentangy Bike trail, popular restaurants and parks. It is on it’s own exclusive large lot, has a fenced in front yard, its own driveway, and plenty of parking on the premises in the rear. This home offers 1,300 sq. ft of living space. It is close to everything Columbus, Upper Arlington, Grandview, and OSU campus has to offer. This home provides smart TVs in the primary and living room and WiFi throughout. A large comfortable sofa which can convert to a sleeper lines the living room and there's plenty of seating with additional comfortable chairs. Large kitchen has granite counters and counter height seating for 4 and is open to the dining room table which can seat 4 more guests. There is also a desk for anyone who needs to work during their stay. Our home has a complete kitchen ready to cook, with all the supplies you would need. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The primary suite features a queen sized bed with a zero-gravity adjustable base for the best sleep ever. It has an en suite master bathroom and Elfa yShelf closets to keep organized during your stay. There is an additional bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed which can sleep up to 3 guests and also has custom Elfa Shelf closets. Off the main hall is a bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer included. Out back you'll find a fire pit, grill, and large parking area. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises including front and back porches. No loud music permitted whatsoever. Parties are permitted with written permission from host only and with party fee (based on number of guests). Other things to note *Check in time is 3pm. Early Check in requests can be accommodated depending on availability. For most early check-in requests, please book the whole day ahead if available. *Check out time is 10am. Late Check out requests can be accommodated depending on availability. For most late check out requests, please book the whole night if available. *Sales Tax may not be automatically collected when you book in Franklin County. If it does not show up in total, we will collect it check in day. It will be 8% of your total, which is based on local tax guidelines.
