Kitnet on Av. Marechal Mallet, a gastronomic and trendy avenue in Praia Grande, two blocks from the beach and close to Fortaleza de Itaipu. Ideal for those who want to enjoy their stay without traveling long distances. The avenue is the most sought after and frequented by tourists. It has a bike path with a beautiful garden. The property is close to the beach, so leave the car in the garage and enjoy the stay by walking. The garage is one vehicle per apartment and collective space (only for the respective block) The space The kitnet is approximately 40 square meters. The bedroom was divided into two environments, the first environment has a sofa bed (double) , tv , table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan and the second furnished environment with a double bed, wardrobe and puff that turns single mattress, ceiling fan, floor fan and blackout curtain. It has bed sheets, pillows and bath towels for the number of guests booked ( the bedding for the sofa bed and puff mattress is inside the closet). It has a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, such as dishes, glasses , cutlery , cookware , coffee bottle, blender, as well as a refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has a bathroom and service sand where the guest can use the tank and clothesline. We also leave 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. The property is on the third floor of a building without an elevator, that is, a person with mobility problems the property is not suitable. However, we have another property in the same building, located on the first floor ( a flight of stairs ) request a link for more details. The property is comfortable up to 4 people, including children and babies. It is not appropriate to book with additional guests. Other things to note The property is on the third floor of the building and does not have an elevator. People with some kind of difficulty climbing are better off not making a reservation. At the entrance has an ordinance, the guest (s) upon entering will have to identify themselves, please after the reservation give me the names and ID number of all the guests to be registered at the gatehouse to facilitate entry. The entrance is 24 hours. Our standard check-in time is from 10 a.m. (24-hour concierge) and check-out is until 12 noon.
