For each overnight stay, we donate EUR 1 to nature conservation in the Harz Mountains. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a couch (including sleep function), rocking chair and TV. Access to streaming is prepared (Fire TV Stick), but we do not have a fixed account for this. If necessary, guests can register with their own account. The living area is connected to a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machines. A highchair, a small selection of toys or board games and books are provided. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor. Outside, the house has a large paved and completely covered terrace with wooden furniture and a grill. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with one king-size box-spring double bed each, in one bedroom another single box-spring bed. A children's travel bed with mattress and children's bed linen are provided. A safety gate for the stairs can be installed by us after consultation. Towels are also available and the beds are made on arrival. In addition to the bedrooms, the upper floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the house there is an associated paved parking space. Another parking space is in the immediate vicinity of the children's playground. Parking at our property is free of charge. Wi-Fi is available in the house. Guest access Access to the house is contactless and is possible from 4 PM. Other things to note Tourist tax of 2.50 EUR per adult per night is included in the stated travel price.
