The space In the basement of a small villa, a particular open space of about 90 square meters organized into different rooms used as a living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Guest access The shared garden, over 2,000 square meters, is available for guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION :-) From November to April, the area has a rather harsh climate and considering that the accommodation is in the middle of a forest on a basement floor, it can be cold for those who are very sensitive. For this reason, the apartment is heated by a pellet stove. WE CAN PROVIDE THE PELLET BUT UNFORTUNATELY, CONSIDERING THE VERTIGINOUS INCREASE IN PRICES IN RECENT MONTHS, IT HAS AN EXTRA COST OF 6 EUROS PER BAG (15KG) which is generally sufficient for one or two days according to needs and habits. In this way, you only pay for what you consume without imposing high rates on those who are less sensitive to the cold or simply have other needs. We can also supply wood for the fireplace with a contribution of 10 euros for a wheelbarrow. The accommodation is located in the basement of a house where we live (Claudia and Sergio) with our 9-year-old daughter; you may hear the sounds of family life from one floor to another of the house :-) 3 DOGS live FREE in the garden, we hope that's okay with you.
