A spacious accommodation with a separate entrance immersed in the woods, a few minutes from the village of Durazzano, in an optimal position to visit every corner of Campania by your own means (car, motorcycle, bike, etc.). A rural, genuine, authentic and fascinating setting for those who want to rediscover the times, lifestyles and human relationships characteristic of the Italian province of the past. The space In the basement of a small villa, a particular open space of about 90 square meters organized into different rooms used as a living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Guest access The shared garden, over 2,000 square meters, is available for guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION :-) From November to April, the area has a rather harsh climate, and considering that the accommodation is in the middle of a forest, it can be cold for those who are very sensitive. For this reason, the apartment is heated by a pellet stove. WE CAN PROVIDE THE PELLETS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, GIVEN THE PRICE INCREASE IN RECENT MONTHS, THERE IS AN EXTRA COST OF 6 EUROS PER BAG (15 KG), which is generally sufficient for one or two days depending on needs and usage. This way you only pay for what you consume without imposing high rates on those who are less cold or simply have other needs. We can also supply wood for the fireplace with a contribution of 10 euros for a wheelbarrow. The accommodation is on the basement floor of a house where we (Claudia and Sergio) live with our 13-year-old daughter; you may hear the sounds of family life from one floor of the house to another :-) There are 3 DOGS living FREELY in the garden, which are kept in an enclosure when necessary.
