Description

A house with proximity to both Stockholm and nature! The 1960s villa is located on a ridge in a leafy area of Ekerö. 20 km from Stockholm, 10 minutes to a swimming area, 5 minutes to the city center with most of the shops you may need. Ekebyhov Castle is located on the corner with a beautiful park for the public. Large terrace with day and evening sun, barbecue and trampoline. Wild and lush garden with no insight. The space A personal house with several open and social areas to stay in. Most furniture is bought vintage and the house has a worn but charming atmosphere. Guest access Three bedrooms upstairs as well as kitchen, living room and dining area. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment. Drying of laundry takes place outdoors on a drying rack and on lines under the roof on the patio. The rest of the rooms on the lower floor will be closed. Other things to note The dryer is broken so all drying takes place outdoors on a rack. The oven works well but not the air heating function - this button should be avoided (notice on the oven is clearly posted).
