The space A freshly renovated 3-bedroom guesthouse set in a beautiful, quiet area. Surrounded by a private fenced off backyard with patio, an outdoor dining setting and a fire pit for those cooler evenings. The guesthouse is situated on a fully fenced 2-acre block with a beautiful native garden & on-site parking. The guesthouse is in the picturesque rural suburb of Ilparpa. A scenic 10-minute drive from the Alice Springs CBD. Local attractions include a 2-minute drive to the Clay Pans, beloved sunset location for locals. And a 5-minute drive to the gateway to the Tjoritja West MacDonnell National Park- home to the world renowned Larapinta Trail, Ormiston Gorge, Ellery Creek and Simpson's Gap. The newly renovated kitchen includes all cooking necessities and ample bench space for preparing food. The dining room has a table that seats 6 comfortably and has reverse cycle air conditioning so it's warm in winter and cool in summer. The living room has comfortable leather couches, a smart television and a collection of books, toys and games for the young and young at heart. The bathroom has a shower bath, gas hot water and fluffy towels. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes horse and a nearby outdoor washing line. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and another single bed, wardrobe to hang clothing and an armchair to relax. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom a single bed. A porta-cot and high chair are available by request. Your stay includes access to unlimited WiFi with Starlink. You have shared access to our newly installed outdoor swimming pool.
