Luxury, cosy cottage with outstanding views.

Coed Issa is a traditional cottage dating form the early 1800’s. Following a complete renovation it is now available as a comfortable and cosy eco-friendly holiday let. There are two lovely bedrooms each with a king sized bed, it can sleep four people comfortably. Bedding and towels are provided. The original house also houses a snug with log burner and desk, utility room and downstairs shower room. The new extension has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with exceptional views. The space The property has been renovated to a high standard. The rooms within the existing cottage are cosy and in keeping with the building which dates back to the 1800's. The extension, which provides the main living area, including kitchen, provides for open plan living with extensive views down the valley. The area can be extended to the outside via the bi-fold doors onto the patio area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and the external garden, patio area and drive to the front of the cottage. Please note that due to the front garden not having a secure boundary we have provided dog hooks for owners who wish to bring a pet. Please note that due to the size of the property and the external areas we limit dogs to 1 number per booking. The drive and parking area is large enough for 2 vehicles to park, however, please note that the driveway to the cottage is steep. It really does not like cars with low skirting profiles, sadly it eats them. Other things to note Please note that we are unable to accept bookings for infants under 2 years old and that dogs will be limited to 1 per booking.
