We welcome you to our private non-smoking vacation home "Villa Rosenrot" on Lake Userin! Relax and unwind in an absolutely quiet environment on the large south-facing terrace or on the large lawn directly behind the house. In the sun or in the shade - active or passive - in or on the water, on foot or by bike - the choice is yours. Other things to note The Villa Rosenrot is located in a small, family holiday center directly on Lake Userin. The resort consists of 30 winter-proof, Scandinavian holiday homes and is managed by a local manager who is happy to help. Userin itself is a village of about 300 inhabitants, where you will find a well-stocked village shop. Here you can also pre-order the rolls for the next morning. The village's cultural barn offers various cultural events worth visiting. Our garden is directly adjacent to the Müritz National Park and our house is about 150 m from the Useriner See. The beautiful lake invites you to bathe, swim and dig with a bathing jetty, water slide and sandy beach. Meanwhile, you can relax on the sunbathing lawn. On the lake, which is one of the Upper Havel Lakes, you can paddle, row, fish... You can book our red rowing boat on the lake. Bicycles can be secured behind the house on the firmly anchored bicycle stand. Our Villa Rosenrot is comfortably and cozily furnished. There is plenty of space for the family to relax, play, retreat and enjoy the large garden with enough space to romp or play sports. The large property also ensures sufficient distance to the neighboring houses, so you do not feel cramped. The 20 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with sufficient furniture and is inviting for relaxing, eating and grilling (large charcoal grill). Two large parasols protect against too much sun and create a sheltered atmosphere. Of course, there is a large TV in our villa and an in-house fiber optic network, so free Wi-Fi is available. The new fitted kitchen is equipped with a CERAN stove, oven with grill, hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator with extra large freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, blender, etc. In the bedrooms you will find box spring beds and there are fly screens in front of all windows. In the children's bedroom, there is a bunk bed and a solid wooden crib. In addition, a travel cot is available. Our children's equipment also includes a TripTrap, high chair, bathtub, toilet seat and footstools. Games and books are also provided. Washing machine and rotary clothes dryer are part of the house. The house has a fireplace that provides cozy warmth on cool evenings or in the cold season. Otherwise, there is an electric heater, which can be partially operated centrally via a thermostat. The children's playground in the complex and the large sports field with beach volleyball court provide further opportunities for activities for all ages. In the nearby residence city of Neustrelitz (6 km) you will find restaurants, plenty of shopping, zoo, cinema and theater. The orangery and the star-shaped market square invite you to linger. At the Neustrelitz harbor, directly on the Zierker See, you can sit wonderfully or start an excursion with the "blue-white fleet." Worthwhile destinations in the immediate vicinity include the Slavendorf, the exhibitions of the LEEA Institute and the Waldhochseilgarten Havelberge.
