Our fully equipped, completely new renovated apartment is located centrally and feels like a second home... The space YOUR 2nd HOME: Spend a wonderful time in our newly renovated and refurbished apartment – it is perfect for city trip or business stay. The apartment is located in a nice area between Westbahnhof and the new Vienna main station (Hauptbahnhof). Within walking distance (15 minutes) you reach the famous “Naschmarkt”, which exists since 1786 and is, with around 2.3 hectares area, the largest detail market in Vienna. The “Naschmarkt” attracts with a special feeling, many restaurants and giant flea market (always Saturday). Galleries and young designers can be found in the nearby 4th district. In the immediate you can find the “Schlossquadrat” with many gastronomic establishments and scores with historical charm and romantic guesthouses. Within walking distance you can reach the subway line U4 in 4 minutes ( direct conneting to Staatsoper (center), Schönbrunn Palace, etc. ). A supermarket is located right in front of the apartment and trendy bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and drugstore, etc. are in the neighborhood. Our fully equipped apartment is the perfect place after an eventful day in Vienna. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed (180x200cm), and a sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed (120x200) for children. We can also prepare an additional bed for babies/children in the bedroom. During summer an air-condition devise can be booked for an additional fee of € 13,- per night. It is located in the bed room, so it is primarily to be used for the bed room. If you are interested, please write a message 5 days before your arrival. Additionally we offer 2 electric fans in the living room and the bed room free of charge. The living room is equipped with a comfortable boxspring-sofa, which can be converted into another sleeping possibility for 2 persons (queensize, 160x 200cm), and an armchair. There is also a dining table in the living room for 4 guests. Furthermore the living room is equipped with a chimney flat screen TV, a Playstation, books, parlour games and a radio with bluetooth-function. Fast W-Lan (WiFi) is provided in the whole apartment. In the spacious kitchen you can find everything needed to cook a delicious meal. In addition to all electrical kitchenware, the kitchen is also equipped with a bar-table including 2 bar stools. Please find a detailed list of the equipment below. The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub which can also be used as a shower. The toilet is separately accessible. On site you will find a Vienna travel guide as well as a guest information booklet with all important information about the area, as well as suggestions for your stay in Vienna (shopping locations, hot spots, restaurants or nightlife.). A high chair and other equipment for babies (e.g. baby-bed) can be provided upon timely request.
