Modern, bright basement apartment (56 sq m) for four people in a quiet location. Private entrance. Top location next to the forest! Child-friendly environment. Only 20 km to LEGOLAND Germany. Starting point for hikes and bike tours in idyllic landscape. Swimming lakes, wakeboarding facilities and outdoor pools can be reached in 10 minutes. Excursions to the Allgäu Alps, the Swabian Alb and to Ulm, Augsburg, Füssen and Munich are recommended. The space Our holiday apartment in the basement - small but nice! The bright, spacious living room and bedroom have daylight windows facing west and offer a great view over the village. In the living room is located a sofa bed for two people and a spacious dining area. The modern kitchen with cooker, microwave and dishwasher is fully equipped. The flat also has a small bathroom with washbasin and shower and separate toilet. Toys, books, CDs and DVDs provide entertainment on bad weather or "quiet" days at home. For a holiday with a larger family or with friends, we also recommend the second holiday apartment on the ground floor. Guest access The entire house with two holiday apartments has its own entrance and is only occupied by guests. The sun terrace of the main house, which is occupied by the landlords, and their garden can be shared. We are happy to provide seating and loungers or a charcoal grill. Toys for indoors and outdoors are available. Bicycles, SUP boards and handcarts can be rented. Free parking in our own carport. Other things to note Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette at the covered entrance door. For large families or those traveling with friends, we recommend booking our second apartment in the ground floor at the same time. Both apartments can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. We are also happy to welcome fitters and business travelers, especially in the low season.
