Quiet apartment in secure residence

This accommodation is located within a 10-minute walk of the Cuire metro station. On foot, you are 25 minutes from the center of Lyon (Hotel de Ville), 15 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or. High up and on the 4th floor (no elevator), it offers a beautiful view of Lyon. It is very bright and from the balcony, you can see 2 towers of the Part-Dieu, the chain of the Alps if the weather permits. It is quiet and has several free parking spaces with free access. There is a sandbox and a space for petanque. The space The accommodation includes 2 large closed bedrooms and a bedroom in the double living room: - 1 bedroom with a double bed -1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 places at the bottom and one at the top) - The living room is divided into 2 thanks to a sliding door. On the other side, there's a single bed. It is bright and on the 4th floor without elevator access. I don't have a TV. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note The residence parking is downstairs from the building. Spots are not allocated. The residence is quiet.
