Grottammare Estate, chalet with exclusive pool

This large, one-of-a-kind space can accommodate up to 4 guests inside the restored homes. The cottage consists of a double bed on a wooden loft with a view of the valley; a sofa bed on the ground floor, a kitchen and a bathroom. The outdoor area is equipped with large relaxation areas and for the most varied pastimes (e.g. ping pong), an outdoor pool/deckchair area, outdoor breakfast area and bar corner. The property is located within a farm that deals with animal husbandry and agriculture. The space The cottage: it consists of 1 double bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen with in turn: kettle, coffee maker, fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Inside the accommodation there is no wifi, which is located immediately outside the house in accordance with the naturalness that we want to offer.
