It has 4 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has an indepedant access for more privacy (Access it through a separate door in the exterior of the house or backyard). 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a full kitchen equipped with everything you need (cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge), a laundry room with a WASHING MACHINE and a dryer, a beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, a spacious dining room with a large table, and a COVERED PATIO with an additional table. Outdoor… Whether you want to relax by the pool, eat some S’mores around the fire, or grill your chuleta on the barbeque, we got you covered! The outdoor area includes a POOL, a FIREPIT with chairs, and a BBQ ;) The property is equipped with everything you need during your stay, including bath towels and beach towels. The house is very bright, spacious, cozy, and clean. Ideal for groups of friends and families. Heated pool option: $45 per day for a minimum of 3 days Other things to note 4th Bedroom has independant access and we do not recommend it for kids as this one is not directly connected to the house but has access through the backyard and exterior of the home.
