Downtown & Beach

Downtown & Beach is a cozy apartment, ideal for couples or families. Located in the historic center of Albufeira, a few meters from the beaches of Pescadores and Peneco, further down is the downtown (street of bars). Feel yourself between the sea and the city, where on one side you will find the beach and quickly arrive with your feet in the sand, and on the other you can discover the typical streets of the city walking among the surrounding monuments and churches. Guest access The building has a public garden with a pond and a playground. Other things to note Reservations between April 1 and October 31 are subject to the payment of a Municipal Tourist Tax (TMT) of €2 per guest per night, valid only between with a maximum limit of seven consecutive nights per booking, per person from the age of 13. Foreign citizens will have to fill out a form with the identification of each guest, as it is mandatory by law in Portugal to present it to the Foreigners and Borders Services in Portugal. Baby cots are provided upon request in advance and with an extra payment of €25 paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. There is a church on the apartment's street and the bell rings during the day. There is a snack bar below the apartment, so there may be some noise at night. Registration Details 121684/AL
