Royal View Apartment is a newly built apartment which is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It's located in Mouzaki area, in a quiet area in the countryside, but at the same time very close to many nice beaches of the island (Kalamaki Beach, Laganas beach, Keri beach). Moreover, the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos is just 12-15 mins by car. The space The whole building consists of two apartments. This listing is for our first floor apartment, which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen - living room area. It's an excellent choice for a group of friends or families, as it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Beds arrangement: 1st bedroom: one double bed (which could be split into two single beds, if preferred) 2nd bedroom: two single beds (which could be turned into a double bed with a top mattress, if preferred) Living room: sofa bed (for 1 guest) Guest access The whole apartment and the balcony are private and available for your exclusive use. The swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ area are shared among the guests of both the apartments. We aim at providing our guests with the highest level of comfort. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
