Located off the shores of Lake Erie in Port Rowan, you are minutes away from Long Point, Turkey Point Beach and several Wineries.   The interior of the home is thoughtfully designed and meticulously furnished to create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. This sizable home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, 8 seated dining, and a cozy living area with a fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Erie from your private patio, second-tier deck, as well as the large windows in the kitchen and living room.   As for amenities, the home has plenty. We are thrilled to unveil our latest addition, a custom-made entertainment/game's room! This space boasts a professional-sized pool table, air hockey table, and classic arcade games like Pac Man and Street Fighter. Guests can unwind in the cozy seating area and indulge in a cinematic experience on a large 75” TV with surround sound. Outside, there is a private patio on the main level with a Weber BBQ grill, two outdoor patio sets accommodating up to 16 guests and a luxurious seven seater hot tub for hosting friends and family. The entire outdoor space on the main level is covered with soffit ceiling and mosquito netting all around to provide guests a chance make best use of the outdoor amenities without worrying about the elements and unwanted bugs. Main Floor Bedroom 1. Features a queen-size bed with 2 side tables and lamps for your convenience. Moving to the second floor Bedroom 2. The master suite, offers a breathtaking waterfront view and a walkout patio. It features a spacious king-sized bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a luxurious freestanding tub, perfect for a relaxing soak, and large windows that allow you to appreciate the natural beauty of the lake while enjoying a glass of wine. In addition to the comfortable sleeping arrangements, included is an open workspace with an office desk, providing a convenient area for any work or study needs. Furthermore, there is a pull-out sofa bed available in this room, accommodating an additional two guests if needed. Bedroom 3. Located adjacent to the master suite, offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a stunning waterfront view. It also features a walkout patio, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the room includes a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings. Bedroom 4. Designed to accommodate up to four guests. It features a single bed and a bunk bed that can sleep three individuals. This room provides a comfortable and convenient sleeping arrangement for larger groups or families. Nespresso Bar Indulge in a delightful coffee experience at our Nespresso Bar located on the second level. We provide a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods for your enjoyment. To enhance your outdoor experience and keep those pesky flies and unwanted bugs at bay, we have thoughtfully installed mesh screening all around the main level patio. These tools are designed to create a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for you. The outdoor screening offers a practical solution to enjoy the environment and beautiful view, and prevent unwanted bugs from entering enclosed spaces. Your comfort is our priority, and we hope these additions contribute to a pleasant stay. We are 5 mins walk from the harbour and a short drive to the most popular tiny beach which is not tiny by any measure. Looking forward to hosting you! Hot tub: By booking the house guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB USE In consideration of my use of the exercise equipment and facilities provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the host and its insurers, co-host, contractors and cleaners, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment/hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the host, co-host, cleaners and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the host, co-host, contractors and cleaners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest. I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death, for any reason also including from water being contaminated or equipment malfunctioning. I also understand and take responsibility of its use including maintaining proper bromine level before using for myself, my guests and any visitors. By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the host, co-host and cleaners.
