Casa Samami overlooks the beautiful Pian di Spagna nature reserve and Mezzola Lake, at the beginning of Valchiavenna. Located a short walk from the Valtellina and the majestic peaks of the Central Alps, the area offers numerous outdoor activities, such as mountain hikes, canoeing, windsurfing on the lake and delicious food and wine experiences. It is the ideal place for those looking for relaxation and a vacation surrounded by nature. The space Inside, "Casa Samami" is distinguished by a large open space accessible from the main entrance, which includes a large living room, a dining room and a functional kitchenette. The sleeping area is divided into two distinct areas: the first includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with four beds, both served by a shared bathroom. The second area offers a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Outside, Casa Samami has large enclosed spaces and a large covered terrace, illuminated and furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying lunches and dinners with a splendid view of the lake. On the terrace you will also find a comfortable rocking chair and deckchairs for moments of pure relaxation. The large lawn surrounding the house houses a barbecue area and an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying the surrounding greenery. The house is also easily accessible for people with disabilities, thanks to the entrance from the courtyard/external parking lot. The location is extremely quiet and experiencing the environment with respect is the essence of your experience. The magnificent view of the lake and the mountains creates a regenerating atmosphere, especially in the evening, when you can hear the sound of the wind in the trees, the song of wild animals in the woods and, for the lucky ones, admire the magic of fireflies dancing in the night. The liveliest areas along the lake shore are easily accessible by car in about 10 minutes and offer various activities. Guest access The house can be reached via a private driveway, easily accessible from the municipal road that leads to Albonico, a hamlet of Sorico. In front of the house, in the courtyard, you can park up to 4 cars. Other things to note Some house rules are contained in the box at the bottom of the listing. At the entrance of the house you will find a list of simple rules and useful information for the management of the house during your stay.
