Master bedroom with king bed and propane fireplace, Queen bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. 1.5 baths, well-stocked kitchen, large screened-in sunroom facing lake, covered veranda at back for rainy days, and a large family room. Dock and raft to swim to. Many windows, bright and airy. Kids will love woods/swamp to discover in the backyard while close and safe for parental comfort. Family room closet stocked with indoor games & books and outdoor shed with outdoor games and all things water-related and bon-fire related. Boat launch is only a one-minute drive around the corner if you want to bring your own motorized boat. There are 3 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat for your enjoyment, as well as a Lily Pad! Good fishing of Bass, Perch and Muskie. The water from the tap is safe well water to drink and use for cooking. There are outdoor blankets in the mudroom closet to keep you warm while outside! In the Family Room in the hutch, there are more blankets, place mats and table cloths. Help yourself to anything you find in the cottage to use for your stay to enjoy! #waterfrontmagic Guest access You can access all space in and around your cottage as well as the trails around the lake for hiking, skiing, biking, ATVing, snowmobiling and the Damn is fun day to spend exploring and hiking and picnicking as well... kids love it here! - Ask us where to find these trails & areas, you won't be disappointed! Other things to note 3 toilet paper rolls/bathroom, 1 paper towel, 1 Kleenex/bedroom upon arrival to get you started. We DO NOT supply shower shampoo, conditioner or soap, just hand soap for the sink. 1 dishwasher tablet/day provided. Laundry detergent enough for one load/day during your stay. Coffee, (regular & decaf) & tea available. Sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil and vinegar - enough to get you started. We supply bonfire wood and kindling for your first fire and you can purchase more bonfire wood from us if you run out for $10/bin.
