WASHER & DRYER ACCESS: For guests staying 5 nights or longer, we offer complimentary access to a washer and dryer. Location: The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Access the basement through the door outside, in front of the hot tub. Supplies Provided: Laundry detergent, fabric softener (white vinegar), and dryer sheets are available for your convenience. LAUNDRY RULES: * Please keep the basement door closed at all times to prevent rodents from entering. * Do not overload the washer to ensure proper cleaning and to avoid damage to the machine. * Kindly clean the lint trap after each dryer use to maintain efficiency. The docks and shorelines in this neighborhood are strictly private property. Swimming & Beach (Guest Passes Included!): For the best lake experience, we provide passes to Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park (a 3-minute drive). Amenities: Sandy beach, lifeguards, volleyball, and picnic tables. Parking: Plenty of parking available at the park.
