Surrounded by fresh air and wide green meadows, we have created a small oasis of well-being in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A place to slow down, breathe deeply, and recharge. Our accommodation is modern, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed – offering everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. ________ Please note: For an easy arrival and full flexibility during your stay, we recommend a rental car. This way, you can truly enjoy the peaceful location. 🚗🌿 ________ The space Our holiday accommodation "FAVORITE PLACE" in our Villa Kraiham is generously designed over 3 floors and offers a wonderful view of the greenery. In the evenings, you can admire the most beautiful sunsets from there. The open and friendly living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the terrace with grill, lounge furniture and dining table, invite you to spend quality time together (terrace furniture and grill are available from May to September, depending on weather conditions and temperature). Our accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Our general pool area features a outdoorpool (10x5 m) with seating and sun loungers for a relaxing time and sunbathing. The pool is open from May to September (daily from 8 AM to 8 PM) – depending on weather and outdoor temperature. The pool area is accessible to all guests of our house, which includes 3 bookable accommodations, and is shared. In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You only need to bring personal items, cosmetics, and food. Wi-Fi is available in the house, a large TV in the living room, a grill on the terrace, and a fireplace in the living area are just a few highlights of the house. ________ For a better coexistence, we ask for strict adherence to the quiet hours (12 PM to 2 PM and 10 PM to 8 AM). Parties or events in our accommodation are not permitted. ________ Guest access During your stay, the apartment and all its amenities are exclusively yours – a place to arrive and feel at ease. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note Our laundry facilities are available to you by appointment. If you wish to use them, we are happy to reserve a 4-hour laundry time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a drying rack. There is a fee of 20 EUR for 4 hours of use. ________ For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. ________ The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
