Surrounded by fresh air and wide green meadows, we have created a small oasis of well-being in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A place where you can relax, breathe and refuel new energy. Our place is modern, high quality and thoughtfully decorated – with everything you need for a relaxing stay. ________ Note: For an uncomplicated arrival and full freedom of movement, we recommend a rental car. So you can enjoy the quiet location completely relaxed. 🚗🌿 ________ The space Our "LIEBLINGSPLATZ" vacation accommodation in our Kraiham villa is generously laid out over 3 floors and offers a wonderful view of the countryside. In the evening you can admire the most amazing sunsets. The open and friendly living area with kitchen, dining area and living room as well as the terrace with lounge furniture and dining table invite you to linger together (terrace furniture and barbecues are available from May-September - or depending on the weather and temperature). Our accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor. Our general swimming pool area with an outdoor swimming pool (10x5m) offers a seating area as well as sunbeds for a relaxing time and sunbathing. The pool is open from May to September (daily from 8 am - 8 pm) - depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to our entire home, which has 3 bookable accommodations located and is shared. In our accommodation you will find everything you need for your daily needs. Only personal items, cosmetics, and food are left. Wi-Fi is of course in the house, a large TV in the living room, a barbecue on the terrace and a fireplace in the living area are just a few highlights in the house. ________ For better interaction, we ask for strict observance of quiet hours (12-2pm and 10-8pm). No parties or events are allowed in our accommodation. ________ Guest access During the booked period, the entire equipment is exclusively available to you. We sincerely thank you for a careful handling of the amenities that our apartment offers. Your well-being is important to us – enjoy your stay to the fullest! ________ Other things to note Our laundry facilities are available to you on request. If you wish to use it, we are happy to reserve a 4 hour washing time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a clothes rack. A fee of 20 EUR for the use of the facilities is charged for 4 hours. ________ A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged for booking a travel cot and high chair including bed linen before your arrival. Please contact us in advance. ________ The electric charging station at the parking lot is available on request. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
